• Preparing the Monthly safety meetings PPT, Leadership PPT and Leading meeting, Leading safety committee team & and meetings
• Provide support in annual audits and periodic evaluation of work environment as per requirement of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Preparing evidence books for audit’s questions
• Responsible for Plant safety internal audits & and compliance also supporting the Project team to ensure safe work execution
• Conducting ERT member's monthly meetings and sharing points, Contractor’s training, toolbox talks, PPE inspection, and rewards-recognition programs
• Conducting Onboarding training for the new joiners and maintaining the records as employee engagement like- Safe @ work & Safe @ Home program and Area owners’ safety responsibility, Care initiates programs.

• Monitoring Security Management systems and hazardous Waste Management, Monitoring the ETP & and STP process and Form 11 lifting tools & and tackling compliance
• Also taking care of canteen audits and compliance, Food testing, and water testing is in place
• Monthly Women Council Meeting with the all-women’s & Canteen safety audit
• Managed hazardous waste storage areas also ensuring proper containment and disposal practices were followed

Reporting to Site EHS Head & site Head count-2000

• Daily site rounds and monitoring of Mega construction contractors' activities,Safety rounds and checking PPE compliance and permit compliance are followed by vendors
• Quarterly reviewing of the yearly HSE objectives and targets with the leadership team and organizing the quarterly safety committee meetings & maintaining minutes of meeting records.
• Weekly cross-meetings with contractors and sharing safety observations and highlight issue and progress
• Driving unsafe act /unsafe condition reporting, FIFI culture at workplace, and promoting to employees and contractors
• Organizing and monitoring Employee assessment programs, and health wellness sessions as per corporate guidelines
• Taking Interviews of the new Joiners, making interview safety questions papers & giving HSE induction training
• Conducting weekly safety point leaders meetings and keeping MOMs and scheduling 5’s and LPA, BBS audit, and records keeping

• Daily Department rounds with cross-functional team and attending morning meetings with team also sharing updates
• Monitoring legal register plan v/s actual compliance, submission Leading indicators in Global team room
• Quarterly HSE data submission to corporate team, environment scorecard submission to corporate team room
• Monthly site reviews HSE updates PPT & KPI’s and monthly H&S data submission in Enablon, quarterly management review meeting and maintain data, contractor’s safety management system tracking
• Coordinate internal and external audits like Fire, Legal, and Cross audit, ensure closing of NCRs & CAPA, and MIP within the frame timeline of HSEMS/Legal/Fire audits
• Daily maintain Kronos attendees Leave records of team and prepare monthly departmental updates.
