Facility Management

  • Tracking of Facility Operating Expenses.

  • Ordering goodies/gifts for new joinees and during company anniversary and occasions.
  • Monitoring snacks and Coffee vending machines services and coordinating with respective vendors for services.
  • SIM Cards issuance and coordinating with Airtel, Jio and Vodafone based on requirement.
  • Processing Vendor invoices for payment upon validation of supporting documents.
