- Excess amount to refund to the Concern person
- Assisted with reviewing and reconciling client financial statements at month-end and year-end close
- Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records
- Prepared agent & Broker commission reports on monthly basics
- Preparing monthly MIS of Posted Policy Premium, rejected and cancellation
- Account review, submitting insurance claims and processing refunds and collections
- Followed up with Technology team on unresolved policy premium issues
