> Learning Management System - I service as and administrator for the Google Mastery L&D platform (Intellum/Docebo). My responsibilities include:-

• Analyzing and resolving user issues on a daily basis.
• Managing and updating user profiles within the LMS.

• Worked with clients Siemens and IROBOT
• The main goal of the project is to provide functional and technical support for Siemens on any Oracle Modules (Operations, Financial, Distributions) and any tools such as Workflow, Discoverer Reports, Reports 6i, Forms 6i
• Worked for 3 years in this project on different Change Request related to AP, AR, PA, PO and CRM Modules
• Worked on customizing the Discoverer Reports, Workflows (PO Requisition Account Generator, Project Supplier Invoice Account Generation and FA Account Generator), Accounting rule customizations in Projects, Forms Customizations, changes in 6i Reports and PL/SQL Packages
• The mail Goal of the project was to make automation process of field service with paper less technology i.e. ADAPT (Automatic Dispatching and Paper less Technology)
• As part of implementation of oracle mobile field service for Siemens in the second phase of the project MCompanion interface was implemented.
• I have developed data conversion program for loading project expenditure batches through interface approach and also developed PL/SQL Packages and views for Third Party Interface (MCompanion) that is related to mobile field services
