• Perform daily verification and calibration of instruments like pH meter, Analytical Balance, Conductivity meter, Karl Fisher Titrator.
• Operating and calibration of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC.
• Maintenance of working standards, reference standards from customers & impurities storage and Chromatographic columns reconciliation records as per SOP procedures.
• To perform Analysis of raw materials, In-process, Intermediates, finished product analysis.
• Maintain the Instrument usage log and Column usage log books and Daily calibration data as per GLP.
• Reporting of OOS/OOT/Incidence results and perform testing for investigation purposes as per MHRA Guidelines.
• To follow procedures as per GLP SOP and Guidelines for all activities in the QC laboratories.
• Initiation of Change control, deviation and CAPA when required.
• To maintain GxP practices in premises with awareness of data integrity.
• Operating and calibration of instruments of IR, Polarimeter as per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance to EHS policy and its requirements.
