Vendor Management

• Coordinating with vendor on handling all process letters dispatch in T+1 TAT to the customer
• Preparing Monthly billing ensuring fund credited to vendor
• Provisioning for next month
• Smooth exposure in between vendor and the bank activates to give best output
• Reconciliation dispatch activity done on daily basis

DMP Project (Phase 1 & Phase 2)

• Base upload done for physical copy letter dispatch on daily basis in Deliverables Management portal.
• Tracking purpose of the letter on stages wise implements section as in transit and deliverable and RTO.
• SMS trigger to the customer in each stage so that customer need not to worry about his physical copy.
• Daily audit on RTO status and resolution given in T+ 1.

• Worked as a Senior Officer in Central Mailing Room ( CMR Chennai ).

• Responsible for daily RTO ( Return To Origin ) deliverables of Debit Card, Cheque Book & Combi.

• Responsible for RTO Stock deliverables.

• Maintaining RTO and Stock data confidentiality and updating in secure banking systems (DMP).

• MIS publishing for PAN India on RTO redispatch and stock deliverables.

• SMS trigger to the customer in each stage so that customer need not to worry about his physical consignment.

• Tracking purpose of the consignment on stage wise implements section as RTO, Redispatch, in transit and delivered.

• Coordinating with vendor on handling all RTO re-dispatch in T+1 TAT to the customer.
