Verification of Coex Hardware (Wi-Fi and BLE): Verified Packet Traffic Arbitrator (PTA) module logic design for sharing medium between BLE and Wi-Fi. Verification of its functionality post integration with PHY. Involved in Pre-silicon phase Coex hardware testing using PYTHON scripts.
Implemented and tested Coexistence manager and driver modules in embedded C that helps to handle requests in LMAC and host level and assign priority windows to handle traffic in more efficient way.
Tested PTA logic on Nordic nRF7002 board integrated with Wi-Fi module for different Wi-Fi and BLE roles. Validated its throughput performance using two RF box setup, where nRF7002(Wi-Fi+BLE) and nRF5340 (BLE) are connected using wired setup and placed in two separate RF boxes and are operated for different Wi-Fi and BLE SNR values.
Test Plan development and testing of PER (packet error rate) for minimum required SNR for 802.11b/n/ac/ax standards on simulator.
Read RX vector from memory in embedded C and parsing it using python scripts for 802.11b/n/ac/ax standards. Verified CFO estimation and compensation values for different packets of 802.11n.
Testing and validation of Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) duration for 802.11b/n/ac/ax packets (both successful and failed) on emulator. Verified CCA duration for unsupported frames and two combined packet cases.
Tested Jammer module and 802.11ax 20 in 40MHz cases on simulator and emulator.
Designing Fine Time Measurement (FTM) verification algorithm for t1, t2, t3 and t4 using Rx Vector output and timers available.
