Roles and Responsibilities:

• Currently, I am part of the Nostro Reconciliation team within Loan Servicing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of cash breaks and discrepancies.
• Responsible for managing Nostro accounts, addressing exceptions, and processing paydowns, interest payments, and manual journal entries.
• Prepare and publish End-of-Day (EOD), weekly review, and reconciliation reports, providing transparency and audit readiness.
• Performing quality checks (QC) on all the loan transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to operational standards.
• Acted as a point of contact for resolving internal and external queries related to externally agented deals, and servicing-related queries.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in team-oriented environments, contributing to collaborative problem-solving, and continuous process improvements.
• Liaising with the onshore governance team to ensure all deliverables and operational activities meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage loan servicing operations for Asset-Based Lending (ABL), ensuring timely and accurate processing across various deal structures.
• Proficient in Loan IQ, with hands-on experience handling advances, paydowns, repricings, interest and fee transactions, and exception transactions in both agented and externally agented deals.
• Liaised with agent banks to obtain accurate data for timely reflection in internal systems, and to maintain transactional integrity.
• Resolved client and lender queries in the Agented Portfolio, and was recognized for effective issue resolution and client servicing.
• Mentored and trained new team members in EAD funding procedures and agented transaction handling, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the primary point of contact ("go-to" person) for team support on Agented queries, Nostro reconciliation, and EAD funding-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize process efficiency and drive best-in-class business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supported Asset-Based Lending (ABL) operations as part of the Agented Deal servicing team, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Processed manual payments, ZBA (Zero Balance Account) transactions, and manual funds flows, while actively monitoring cash dominion accounts to maintain liquidity and compliance.
• Contributed to the successful migration from the legacy ABLE system to Loan IQ, providing insights on operational requirements, testing, and transition support.
