• Collaboration and video conferencing technologies- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for collaboration tools, including video conferencing and virtual meeting platforms . Configuration of Digital Signage, Upgrading the MTR Devices and projecting MTR Spaces .
• Incident Management - Root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Project management and leadership -Report SMEs about the project Planning, executing, and closing Physical Security, collaboration and Headend infrastructure related projects that involve multiple teams, stakeholders, and technologies.

• Manpower management -Coordinating with Site Security Agencies through SPOCS/leads for managing the security staff, which may include security guards, CCTV operators, and other security personnel. This involves scheduling, training, and ensuring that staff are following policies and procedures.
• Commercials - Working with vendors , Settings up meeting for Rate disputes , Recovery of Compensations, Loss or Damage recovery, SAL review, Invoice review , PO processing, MOM , BOQ, ETA scheduling with vendors /suppliers etc..

Developing and implementing security policies and procedures: responsible for enforcement of Wellsfargo security policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and best practices. These policies should cover physical security, information security, and access control.

Responsible completing own self training under Wellsfargo L&D web portal . Motivating Team to complete periodical Self assessment training.

Conducting risk assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities to the organization. This will allow you to develop appropriate security measures to mitigate these risks.

Managing security staff: Responsible for managing the security staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. As an ASM of the site me myself need to ensure that all staff are properly trained with Wellsfargo security policies and equipped to handle any security incidents that may arise

Implementing security technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and implement them where appropriate. This could include access control systems, surveillance cameras, and intrusion detection systems.

Conducting investigations: If a security incident occurs, you will be responsible for conducting investigations to determine the cause and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Maintaining relationships with law enforcement: As an Site Security Incharge we need to develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to ensure that they are aware of any potential security threats to the organization.

Reports - Making Daily , Weekly and monthly reports . Data analyze of security incidents and physical operation . etc..
