Handling Fette Compacting machine P3200i & P2300i and Killian Synthesis 700.
Turret Change Over process handling. And Turret Roller calibration.
Handling of Change Control.
Use SAP Software Create Process Order and SAP Quantity.
Handling of BAR Code System. Flow allocation process stage wise. And label generate.
Execution of daily manufacturing plan of process area.
Work allocation of job responsibilities of concerned staff / workers.
Arrangement of Area for Audits purpose.
Play active part in training and giving training to my subordinate.
Supervision of manufacturing activity and co-ordination with Quality control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Stores and Other departments.
To ensure the quality output with optimum utilization of man, machine & material to achieve targets.
Line clearance during Batch changeover or Product changeover.
Dealing with production team grievance and disciplinary procedures.
Preparation of Daily Production Report.
Cleanliness of area and proper sanitization.
Maintain and improve product quality by ensuring SOP compliance and cGMP.
Automatic Die - punch storage and Retrieval handling of Modula Software.
Arrangement of area, checking the cleanliness and taking line clearance for batch Execution.
Preparation, review of BMR.
Handling Eureka Multicheck. 6.0 And 5.1 Model calibration daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain plan Vs. Actual Records, Feedback quantity, weakly plan.
Handling Antibiotics (Semi Synthetic Penicillin and Cephalosporin) Products Block.
Use of SAP software for all production activities.
