Oversaw B2B collection portfolio, ensuring effective management across PAN India stakeholders. Led bad debt analysis to reduce financial losses, improve collection strategies, and optimize collection efforts.

Executed payment reconciliations to maintain precise accounting records. Analyzed pending invoices to expedite outstanding payments effectively, and to initiate prompt payment follow-ups. Bad debt risk analysis -

  • Conducted daily forecasts of accounts and amount impacting monthly bad debt reporting across Pan India.
  • Performed comprehensive risk analysis and control for bad debt against respective billing metrics.
  • Ensured accurate circle-wise bad debt rankings relative to their billing figures.
  • Managed end-to-end processes for Active/TD base regarding Bad Debt versus Billing and Payments received.
  • Developed final dashboard encompassing all analyses, including circle-wise and segment-wise bad debt metrics.
  • Facilitated corrective actions based on trend analysis targeting top defaulters and channel partners.
  • Prepared detailed reports on allocated RM-wise bad debt for customers aged 0-6 months and 6+ months.
  • Analyzed circle-wise data to enhance understanding of factors affecting overall performance.

Overall B2B Predictive Model (Benchmarks-Based Approach)

I introduce this particular benchmarks-based model to have a wider and more accurate view of each and every billing company and billed ID in terms of overall performance, i.e., how the particular company is performing in terms of each parameter, like payments, churn, SR, and decay in the last 6 months, etc. According to which we rate the overall bill companies, which actually helps the upper management and PAN India stakeholders to take the appropriate action, and now they can pre-plan their strategy prior to any major churn, or they can target the particular bill company that is performing really low and could have a very poor impact in the future.

Payments Received (Collection Reconciliation)

  • Extracted Daily Mobility payments from various file servers and checked file formats.
  • Compiled each dump to ensure accurate records.
  • Validated posted amounts on transaction dates to prepare final payment figures for B2B accounts.
  • Conducted analysis of payment methods to optimize stakeholder distributions and enhance customer experience.

Pending Open Invoices Deep Dive

  • Conducted daily analysis of pending invoices within overall B2B mobility sector.
  • Generated month-wise reports illustrating total pending amounts by circle across India.
  • A fiscal year and bucket-wise cut is also driven to have a wider view.
  • Formulated collection strategies to address outstanding payments effectively.

Risk analysis and allocating all the new Activation data -

  • Identified risks in new postpaid activations data for B2B mobile using deduplication strategy with existing account PAN numbers.
  • Conducted analysis to reject faulty activations, reducing incidents of fraud.
  • Set recommended lower and minimum credit limits for new low-profile activations.
  • Allocated new accounts to appropriate teams based on criteria such as mobile counts and segments.
  • Performed fraud PAN identification, ensuring valid and unique PAN numbers for all billing companies.
  • Encouraged stakeholders to prioritize timely payment follow-ups, enhancing collections.

Risk analysis of barring and suspension

  • Conducted physical visits for address verification of all lower-profile activations.
  • Banned and suspended accounts with negative addresses to mitigate risk.
  • Performed daily PAN India analysis and prepared data for accounts that are going to be barred or suspended.
  • Generated forecast risk alerts for circles anticipating significant churn increases.

Rotational Churn -

  • All freshly churned numbers and new activations of corporate companies are re-examined and validated again to identify the fraudulent activations.
  • We need to check if there is a certain amount of activation, and the same gets churned within four months.

The Crucial Dunning

  • Executed the dunning process to remind customers of unpaid balances and facilitate timely payments.
  • Managed end-to-end workflow for data fetching, extraction, and preparation of eligible bases.
  • Distributed final data to PAN India stakeholders, highlighting the respective pending amounts.
  • Following these data cuts, stakeholders coordinated and followed up with the customers, and took the necessary feedback in a standard way.
  • Processed pre-barring and final barring, safeguarding VIP and essential service vital accounts from being barred.

0-60 Collections Efficiency

  • Analyzed collections achieved in previous 60 days to enhance stakeholder strategy formulation.
  • Facilitated broader understanding for stakeholders in addressing major accounts impacting bad debt performance.

Allocation analysis and preparation for collection agencies -

  • Prepared allocation files for collection agencies using criteria like overdue amount and segments.
  • Ensured no account appeared in multiple collection agency allocations to avoid redundancy.
  • Contributed to reduction of bad debt, leading to increased collection rates.
  • Preparing the allocation of PD accounts, and allocating them for maximum collection and retention.
  • Allocated churned accounts with SR-FTR to address customer issues and enhance retention.

B2C-PCA (an acronym for Pre-Call Announcement) -

  • Automated PCA processes using SQL, MS Access, and Batch File to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Prepared and analyzed provisioning files based on customer overdue bill cycles and segments.
  • Configured IVR announcements according to overdue invoice count and other specific criteria.
  • Collaborated with migration team on Project Butterfly, validating SIEBEL-generated data for end user impact.
  • Executed DE provisioning of mobile numbers from PCA using iCRM.
  • Established appropriate tonality and frequency for IVR announcements to enhance customer interaction.
  • Streamlined data management tools to efficiently handle large datasets.
  • Ensured timely communication of overdue amounts through automated IVR notifications.
