• Healthcare IT & GCC Transformation - Carelon Global Solutions: Anchored Carelon Global Solutions’ transformation agenda, positioning India’s premier GCC of Elevance Health (formerly Anthem) as a strategic partner in global healthcare innovation. Established India’s first Innovation Hub and Living Labs delivered measurable efficiencies of ~$100 Mn through automation and IT modernization, and enabled workforce-of-the-future initiatives. Demonstrated vision and ownership in embedding innovation and process excellence, driving enterprise-wide transformation and growth.
• Advanced Materials & Innovation - Tata Steel: Led Tata Steel’s diversification into advanced materials, with P&L, commercialization and ecosystem building. Commercialized graphene technologies delivering 3X and 7X growth, established India’s first Centre of Excellence for Graphene with INR ~ 100 Cr funding from government, and launched a joint venture in advanced ceramics for healthcare. Negotiated offset agreements of $1Bn, secured preferred partner status with global OEMs, and established the Aeronautical Design & Development Centre.
