Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities :

 Adaptation of various HVAC in all kind of Building / DC design code NBC/ ASHRAE/

ISHARE/ ECBC/ NFPA/ TIA -942.

 Evaluate and prepare the design report based as per Building code for all kind of building

and data center requirement (High side / low side)

 Co-ordination with services consultants and architects for closure of different stages like

Concept, Schematic, Design developments, Tender and GFC stages for MEP systems

 Preparation of design reports with the design calculations like cooling load, pump Head &

static pressure calculation, psychometrics, etc

 Preparing and selection of equipment of Chillers, Pumps, cooling towers, Air Handling Units,

Scrubber & Air washer system, Fan Coil Units, TES etc to get the energy optimum level

 Involving and designing data center system as per client requirement form Tier i to Tier iv

 Designing the emergency cooling system in data center

 Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works.

 Very strong knowledge in Indoor air quality control & monitoring the system.

 Lead a Team of Design Engineers & Draftsmen in giving Deliverables for all kind projects

 Detailed Design on Building Management Systems, IBMS, Value Engineering and Co –

ordination with other services

 Designing and writing control philosophy details of various HVAC equipment’s and

preparation of BMS IO summary for all kind of buildings (including data center).

 Designing of Projects –Hospitals, Hotel, Industrial Ventilation, Malls, Office Buildings,

Residential, Club House, Schools, Jewellery Showrooms, Airports, Convention halls, Data Centres, Interior Projects etc. Worked on Radiant Cooling Technology, Underfloor Air Distribution & new technologies in the market

 Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning of the system.

System design : Indirect cooling with dry cooler system with radiant cooling and Emergency cooling and Energy analysis with PUE.

Actively involved in all HVAC design and coordinated with the electrical. UPS, Fire & Water system.

2) Project Name : BOSCH – Bengaluru, – LEED GOLD CERTIFICATE

Cooling capacity : 1200 TR

System design : Radiant cooling ceiling with panel serving for 2 block (603/605), adopted in first, 3 way mixing valve instead of heat exchanger to obtain the required outlet temp which is required for radiant panel.

Actively involved in all kind of designing & engineering calculation such as pump, AHU and heat recovery selection, pressurization design, energy saving (HRW) and the ventilation system
capacity.

We have applied the 3-stage evaporative cooing system in the production area with the necessary control details for different kind of ambient condition thus resulted huge energy saving and reduction in the Co2 level.

3) Project Name : Mylan Laboratories R & D Phase I, II & III @ Bangalore

Cooling capacity : 1000 TR

System design : System designed to Pharmaceutical industries and Office block with Chiller, primary & secondary pump.

Actively involved in all kind of designing & engineering calculation such as pump, AHU and the ventilation system capacity.

4) Project Name : Molex India Pvt Ltd Phase I @ Bangalore

System design : System designed to Electronic Industries and Office block with Chiller, primary, secondary pump, cooling tower and condenser pump.
