• SAMSUNG FAULTY CARDS RS&R Centre: Bangalore is PAN INDIA consolidation point for Samsung CARDS, faulty cards received from across Pan India locations, Shifting full qty to Flextronics (Samsung’s repair vendor) receiving back from Flextronics post repair, SAP accounting, sending healthy cards back to other circles per requirement.
• NEC / MICROWAVE – managed by PBOT - NEC, Reverse Logistics, MRN material Packing, Installation, DE installation & Kitting for fresh Dispatches are NEC scope (Jio Scope: Fresh Packing & site dispatch & MRN receipt, Inventory & documentation).
• JIO MICROWAVE – project run by Jio end to end, Wh supports Kitting, Vehicle Placement, Dispatch, Reverse Logistics & Documentation.
