• Responsible for performance management and competency building activities of team.
• Manage and key allocator of policies to process among team members, floor support, team responses, and regular briefings and ensure team is updated of various processing guidelines.
• Always ensure delivery of quality services to all agents for Insurance Pvt. Ltd. and handle customer escalation timely manner to satisfaction of customers.
• Updating SOP's for process as per client requirements.
• Conducting daily team meeting, doing RCA for error received as well as handling client calls.
• Conducting internal calibration activity with rest SME's to be on same page in terms of process knowledge.

Key Deliverables in Genpact

• Create and update SOP's for Insurance underwriting process. Review supporting documents received from Underwriters and rename it as per provided guideline.
• Prepare final policy and send it to Broker.
• Prepare Endorsements PDF email and send it to Broker and update it into contingency tracker.
• Coach, mentor, and support associates to develop their skills & trained them for handling customer queries which is comes through mails and act as a role model for boundary less behavior and End to End solution provider.
• Met month-end reporting objectives and deadlines.
