• Over 18 years of experience in legal claim management in the General Insurance Sector.
• Presently heading the entire litigation team taking care of more than 2500 case,involving claims, across various courts in Delhi and NCR Region,including the trial courts ,High Courts, Consumer Fora, Permanent Lok Adalat, Insurance Ombudsman etc. ,with the total amount under litigation exceeding Rs. 300 cr.

Was part of the National Litigation team Third Party Legal cases {Motor Third Party Cell] , managing around 40000 cases across various MACTS , High Courts and Supreme Court. The position also involved formulating company strategies, targets , circulars etc. and liasoning with GIC council and other authorities in respect of Third Party litigation

Planned and rolled out Pro-vakil , a premier Litigation Management software across all the company , which is assisting in effective management of more than 40,000 cases across India.

Started my career with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited and quickly learnt the basis nitty-gritty of the Legal Claim Management. Was lucky to learn a lot in a short span of time .

Practiced in the Delhi High Court and various trial courts in Delhi under the guidance of Mr.Rajesh Banat, advocate, Delhi High Court.
