• Designed automation control panels including power supplies, line filters, PLCs, load cells, pressure sensors, RTD sensors, and flow sensors.
• Upgraded sensor cables for Xcellerex 50L–2000L bioreactors, resulting in €20,000 annual savings in spare parts.
• Resolved OB issue with RTD sensors for the Xcellerex Automated Perfusion System (50L) by coordinating with vendors and supply chain for part procurement and validation.

Material Handling & Warehouse Automation

• Led a team of 5 engineers for electrical design in warehouse automation projects for North American clients.
• Designed SLD, schematics, control cabinets, and 3D cable tray layouts.
