• Overall Responsible for Handing over Retail Project, Non Tower Area (approx 8000 Sq.Mtr area) of approx. 25 Cr at M3M The Capital site, Sector 113, Gurgaon.
• Successfully handed over the non tower area to M3M team and get our all dues cleared.
• Cleared outstanding dues of Approx 47 lac from Ganga Reality, Signature Global and Smart World Developers through regular followups and site scavanging.
• Arranged Vendors and sub contractors at competitive price to execute the work efficiently which helps in overall cost management.

• Overall responsible for construction of all the three toll plazas at 116+000 KM i.e Shahjhanpur Toll Plaza, 211+000 KM i.e Manoharpur Toll Plaza and at 241+000 KM i.e Daulatpur Toll plaza, Including the maintenance of all the 6 packages coming between GURGAON-KOTPUTLI-JAIPUR section of NH-8 i.e 225 kms with 6 supervisors, 2 junior Engineers and 19 Sub Contractors.
