  • All works at FC (Fulfillment Centers) across India at Flipkart are maintained and done through FLO (ERP).
  • On weekly basis I need to preplan against capacity(orders) given to our FC (Fulfillment Centre), As per capacity I need to plan manpower, equipment’s (hand held devices, weight machines) required to handle the load.
  • I always have to be ready with Plan B if anything goes wrong, be it manpower shortage, equipment, and resources, so that the operation can run smoothly.
  • I have handled approximately 1,500 manpower during peak sales, and approximately 500 manpower during BAU.
  • I was also responsible for their proper training, making them understand company policies and their skill development (unskilled to semiskilled worker).
  • I was responsible for maintaining 5S activities across both Day and Night shift, and across the floor.
  • I was also involved in Inter Warehouse Inventory Transfer (IWIT) activity as per other FCs orders and needs.
  • My core area of working is Outbound where I monitor that all shipments/Orders from customers are properly packed (through System Based Segregation and Packing) and Dispatched on time and within cut off time to avoid Customer Promise Date breach.
  • At the end of the day, preparing MIS reports for entire shift-end activities.
