  • Earlier there was a huge gap in complying with the manpower planning schedule as there was a sudden ramp up and Down on weekly basis which was more than 20%, contractual were running on 12hrs basis

Housekeeping services:

  • Analyzing the present scenario, we had major Quality and Hygiene issues, housekeeping services as they were not competent enough to match the expectations of the site, more over we had three vendors in different designated areas

  • Bus service for operators from Nalagarh& Baddi was started in all the three shifts
  • On time shift hand over has started, Operators are reaching the factory premises
  • Working upon Vendor development for on the call basis cabs & Finalization of transportation SOP for all employees
