Perform the functional testing, Exploratory testing within the sprints Active collaboration & participation within Scrum team. Review
User Stories with business analysts, designers and developers to ensure tests are appropriate to demonstrate that delivered solution
meets agreed requirements.

Provide story point estimates of testing tasks in the Sprint Planning meetings Participate & contribute effectively in daily stand up, sprint review, retrospective meetings. Involve in creation of Manual Test Scenarios covering positive and negative testing for User
Stories.

Define Test Automation Approach, Identify right tools and drive Automation coverage within the sprints. Ensure that tests are planned, carried out and reported thoroughly in a professional manner. Mentor the testers within the scrum teams.
Execute test cases, report work progress and any problems faced to the test manager. Development and performance management of
Engineers.

Provide input to the development of work statements and estimates on the integration and test portion of bid proposals. Establishes
work procedures and standards for Test Lab to improve internal and external customer support and overall efficiency of Test Lab.

Ability to write basic SQLs for testing purposes Hands-on with defining test scenarios, test cases and test data management. Should
be able to perform hands-on test design in a very dynamic environment Experience with Quality Center and defect tracking tools.

Skilled in working on QA projects using current QA management tools (defect tracking, report generation, automation, Software
Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle(BLC) ). Ability to work independently, effectively managing your time to meet product delivery
and quality objectives. Proven ability to communicate effectively.
