• Customer return parts and line rejection parts analysis.
• Assigning inspection & test status for inspected parts during inspection parts.
• Knowledge on SMT, Assembly and Soldering.
• Components Kitting & Verification, Track and follow up on deliveries
• Manpower skil upgradation and training.

PRODUCTS & Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cisco projects, MLB inspection and power-on testing.
• Mark defective area/component.
• Mention board ID, component reference, issue type.
• Power off the board,Use ESD precautions,Gather required tools (soldering iron, hot air gun,flux, etc.)
• Inspection Before Replacement,Check for pad damage or lifted tracks.
• Daily follow 5S and ESD checks on the floor before starting ramp-up production targets
• Responsible for maintaining 5S activities on the production

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing team of more than 05 + employees across Main Lines
• Inspection of all the components as per BOM/datasheet.
• Tracking the hourly and shift yield reports.
• Customer return parts and line rejection parts analysis.
