As a Project Planning Intern at Sobha Metropolis, Thrissur, I contributed to the preparation of detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and gained practical experience in planning and execution of high-rise residential buildings. I assisted in structural activity sequencing, resource planning . My responsibilities included monitoring slab cycles, participating in site inspections, observing the implementation of Mivan formwork, and documenting site challenges and equipment usage. I also contributed to finishing works planning, conducted productivity-based manpower analysis, and ensured adherence to safety protocols and execution quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Developed floor-wise structural schedules using Primavera P6 for all wings and clubhouse Integrated labor productivity into planning for accurate duration and manpower estimation.
• Assisted in site execution activities including Mivan shuttering, raft concreting, and finishing works.
• Contributed to finishing works scheduling: plastering, tiling, fireline, and painting , waterproofing etc.
• Attended site coordination meetings, documented equipment usage, and tracked execution progress.
• Ensured compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and construction quality standards.
• Applied organizational breakdown structure (OBS) and WBS logic in a live planning environment.

I worked in ground water based project.The State Water and Sanitation Mission (SWSM) has proposed a comprehensive Water Supply Scheme for 171 villages in Sant Kabir Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh. The total project cost is estimated at ₹450 Crore, with a completion timeline of 24 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervised site execution of civil works including OHTs, pump houses, and HDPE pipeline laying.
• Conducted regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinated with clients, TPI consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Prepared and submitted progress reports to the Site Manager and higher management.
• Collaborated with accounting and finance teams to prepare monthly and quarterly financial bills for subcontractors and clients
