Involved in making the bid evaluation of M/s Samar Estates Private Limited.
Prepared the Information Memorandum of M/s. Sinnar Thermal Power Limited.
Prepared the agenda and minutes of the Committee of Creditors and Supervisory/Monitoring Committee. Prepared the Evaluation Matrix and Progress Report.
Carried out day-to-day activities of CIRP and Liquidation. Coordinating with the stakeholders, inviting quotations for public announcement, appointment of legal counsel, registered valuer, and transaction auditor.
Ensured timely compliance with IBBI and IIIPI during the CIRP and implementation of the resolution plan.
Carried out the listed secretarial compliances of M/s Sabrimala Industries India Limited (SEBI LODR - Quarterly Compliances, Conducted AGM).
