• Spearheaded the successful delivery and implementation of the Genpact's PowerMe platform which is a metadata management tool with Data Catalog, Lineage and Data Quality modules. Her expertise lies in ensuring successful end-to-end solutions that enhance overall client satisfaction and drive optimal product performance. Kashish has served in the Engineering, Digital Product, and Analytics Offerings team with the following roles:

• Program Manager for Digital & Analytics Product, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams to support Genpact’s strategic initiatives. This involves overseeing functions spanning People, Processes, and Technologies.
• Product Manager for Source to Pay offerings and Insurance products (Claims, Underwriting), responsible for Cognitive AI implementation in Guided Buying and various workflow solutions.
• She participates in the Women’s Leadership program, a pioneering career accelerator initiative for women leaders at Genpact, conducted in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing.

• Spearheading the mobility team to deploy mobile applications across multiple platforms like iOS, Android, Windows, and BB, employing Cross-Platform Hybrid HTML5/Phonegap and Native technologies.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and defining strategic digital technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, Bots, Telematics, and IoT, while developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) around them.
• Generating insights on insurance industry trends, monitoring competition, and proposing strategies for differentiation and their implementation.

I was responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing HDFC ERGO's website, online Portal, Customer portfolio portal, Sales Portal, Agents Portal, and other intranet applications such as the company’s intranet site, Knowledge Management portal, performance management system, and HR management system. These projects were primarily developed on the .NET & Sharepoint Foundation platform.

At HDFC ERGO, she managed the design, implementation, and upkeep of platforms including the website, online portal, customer and sales portals, as well as intranet apps like the company’s site, knowledge management, performance, and HR systems. These were built primarily on .NET & SharePoint Foundation.

As a Project Manager and Technical Head for a company specializing in web applications such as e-commerce, content management, B2B solutions, shopping carts, polling apps, and client-server systems, she oversaw a technical team spanning two facilities in Rajkot & Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities included requirement analysis, developing product demos using Microsoft Visio, system analysis and design, and leading a team of 20 programmers skilled in ASP, ASP.NET, and PHP. Additionally, she served as a technical consultant, aiding project managers throughout the SDLC from requirement analysis to deployment.
