Responsible for generation, review and delivery of all clients reports accurately within specified time frames
Monitor all transactions across multiple client portfolios in database
Performing valuation checks such as Failed Trade, Duplicate trades, Stale Price, Book to Market exception etc
Performance checks like Rate of Return, Attribution Analysis, Contribution Analysis etc
Perform monthly accounting transactions, including accurate recording and review of revenue and expenses, month-end accruals, and other financial activities
Provide sign off for accounts by finalizing the month end Market Value of the fund
Escalating relevant and critical issues to pertinent partners/team in a timely manner
Handles resolution of issues and communicates issues to the team and partner areas
Ensuring deliverables are adhered to as per agreed SLA's
Raise queries to multiple shared services teams within organization wherever required like Trade postings and settlement, Cash postings, Derivatives, Income, Pricing, Asset coding etc
To resolve accounting issues
Developed and implemented effective strategies, workflows, and processes to streamline operations and improve team efficiency
Involved in regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and resolve interdepartmental issues
Acted as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders
Ensure all Monthly/Quarterly deliverables are sent to the clients with no impact on SLAs
Involved in Testing, Projects/Change requirements for the business
