Key Roles and Responsibilities Planning and Execution of day to day maintenance. Planning and Execution of breakdown and preventive maintenance in consultation with production to reduce down time. Equipment maintenance during the Running and shut down of the plant. Reactor with MOC like MSGL, MS Lead lining. Heat Exchangers, Distillation column & scrubber system. Fabrication and erection of piping and structure. Erection and commissioning of various equipment's like Chillers, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Storage tanks, Vessels, PP-FRP and MSPTFE vessels and piping, and chemical plant equipment's and structural jobs. Study of Plant layout, Drawings, P&IDs drawing, Isometric Drawing etc. Dealing with contractors for routine and major jobs, bill checking and approval of the same. To calculate Bill of Material for new modification projects. I handle equipment Glassline reactor, steam ejector, centr centrifugal pump, disti distillation column, grephite heat exchanger, water venture ,stor storage tanks, ISO tanks, rubber line reactor.
