Project 1 : Device Encapsulation for Oil Devices, Engine Mechanics (Sep 2014 – Oct - 2021) & (Jul 2023- Present)

Role : Software System Designer

• Function Development Team which supports various customers like VW-Audi, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Daimler, Fiat and few others
• Good Experience on concept and function development with respect to oil pressure sensors and switches, oil level sensors, oil combined sensors, oil pump, oil quality models, Engine piston cooling jets, Engine damper controls and actuators, crankcase heater control
• The project mainly involves Signal acquisition from the hardware, convert to physical value, handle diagnostics, take care of the replacement value, OBD based plausibility check and Modeling of the sensor values
• Very good overview on ASPICE and contributed to an overall project assessment in achieving CL2. Presented the process areas during assessment for SWE process areas.

• The work areas involved various temperature sensors present at the intake and Exhaust
• Worked on the function development for
• Air Mass Flow (HFM8) sensor
• ECU Temperature On-Board Sensor
• Plausibility check for Temperature Sensors in the Intake, Exhaust and Engine
• Engine Off timer value evaluation
• Ambient temperature filtering concept
• SW-Migration from EDC17 generation to MDG1

Customer site Visit (Germany - Oct 2018 to Nov 2018)

• Served as a Co-ordinator for the tasks assigned to Function team in India for both the projects
• Knowledge transfer for the VW specific topics on Oil module
