• Investigating and identifying the root cause of the breaks.
• Communicating to Operation team in case of trade related queries

• Posting Corporate Action like Dividend, Acquisition and spin off in Geneva application
• Documenting the files / mails for each breaks
• Pricing check for all portfolio investments such as Futures and Equities as per broker statement and Bloomberg support
• Interacting with Client, NAV team and Operation team for any queries to clear the breaks on a timely manner
• Co-ordinate with team members to complete the daily task without any delays

• Perform KYC checks on new clients
• Coordinated KYC screening on new and existing customers (Periodically, demographic change in customer information, Client Refresh) with Risk based approach
• Requesting for safe trade based the research provided by the company by customer profile like High value transactions and safe trades
• Checking the Customer transactions involves in the trade summary
• Handling the processes as per the client needed
• Detecting and reporting unusual or suspicious transactions that trade was not completed or shorts sell covering

• Acting as a first line by conducting KYC for Customers
• Analyzing client data, documentation and negative news in order to determine a Client Risk Profile as established under the KYC Procedures
• Collection and verification of confidential client data via publically available and internal sources
• Understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
• Compare and contrast differences within KYC records
• Strongly engage with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline
• Ability to understand the KYC risk factors and draft the overall risk summary for the client
