• Reviewing Media Monitoring tools like Talkwalker for daily sweeps and report important coverages for client in real time
• Trained and mentored junior associates by conducting sessions, assessments
• Ensured timely deliveries adhering to the SLAs and TATs, respective of the client
• Developed user-friendly documentation for processes, increasing employee understanding and reducing training time.
• Part of Quality Assurance team to check the quality of the content sent to the client

• Communicating with the client on a regular basis and timely delivery of all the jobs assigned
• Answering maintenance and enquiry phone calls and responding to incoming emails
