Project: Onshore Wind IT rationalization/ Turbine Repowering

Role: Technical Project Manager

• Interviewed stakeholders across 40+ applications and published the Onshore Wind Digital blueprint with relevant Data Flow Diagrams
• Developed ONW Capability Matrix (L1) and shared to OFW team to emulate best practices
• Assessed the impact of turbine repowering and SCADA upgrade on Digital systems, published the process book for repowering with change procedures, validation strategy and stakeholder RACI matrix
• Coordinated with the digital and project teams to monitor and report the progress, risks, bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies for 2 large scale repowering projects

Project: Azure Data Migration and Data Integration

• Worked on 4 projects involved in migration of multiple use cases/ datasets and reporting Power Bi dashboard to new Azure Data Hub.

• Worked with 2 feature teams, containing 10 engineers across 3 technologies, involved in development and testing of 5 products and python based integrated workflows comprising suite of applications
