• Setting up integrated systems for validation of digital marketing campaign criteria.
• Collaborating with account managers to rectify any issues with the campaign criteria.
• Putting together the necessary lead criteria details in the system based on the targeting audience details received in Sales Force and Quip.
• Extracting data from primary and secondary sources, resolving errors in the data, removing irrelevant data, and identifying potential data before uploading it into the system.
• Following up with account managers for any missing campaign materials.
• Assisting in ensuring that campaign parameters adhere to corporate policies and standards.
• Auditing work done by junior analysts.
• Training new hires.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Offshore support to Insurance underwriter
• Ensure policy transactions are issued and changes are recorded accurately and in a timely manner by rating and/or entering transactions. Such transactions may be quotes, new business, endorsements, cancellation or renewals.
• Technical competence in insurance underwriting/rating system (CHUBB SYSTEMS, AIM, IMAGE RIGHT & DYS)
• Order MVRs from CHUBB and review for approval.
• Pull loss runs and record for underwriters review.
• Responsible for trainning new hires
• Cheif Innovative Officer.
• Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
