Overseeing an on-site project at iEnergizer for the Trust and Safety division of a cloud gaming company which is ranked in the top 10 in the world for gaming.
The position's principal responsibilities are to support data scientists in their data analysis, which in turn develops the internal machine learning model, and to enhance the platform's text filters, which are operational throughout the platform.
To assist the Global policy team in providing consistent inputs that may be utilized to implement policies on the platform on a regular basis for the safeguarding of the engagement.
To regularly monitor Money claims in order to eliminate any fraudulent behavior on the platform.
Ensured compliance with set policies and procedures by keeping an eye on the daily process.
Resolved customer/partner issues in an effective manner while maintaining a highest level of customer service.
Participated in regular meetings with senior leadership to provide updates on team progress.
Mentored newly hired employees on machine operations and implemented training on safety procedures to prevent anomalies.
Contributed to the division's other core LOBs, such as TVE (Terrorism & Violent Extremism), G&A Review (Games & Assets), and DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), to help them with trends and information found during the investigations to keep the engagements safe.
Successfully collaborated with brands partners like Youtube, Gucci, Nike, Pagani, NARS, Chainsmokers, VaynerMedia, Ralph Lauren, Walmart, Tommy Hilfiger etcetera.
Project metrics has seen a spike of more than 1.34X QoQ.
