    On the ABB 800xA DCS I created graphics, tuned PID loops for head-box basis-weight, and rationalised nuisance alarms.
    The internship stressed strict LOTO safety, routine backups, and coordination between electrical, mechanical, and quality teams.
    Overall, I gained hands-on skills in automation, power-distribution maintenance, and energy-saving analysis for continuous-process mills.

Investigated and rectified inconsistencies in flux-cored welding wire at Diffusion Engineers, Hingna—pinpointing moisture-induced flux density variation and die-drawing deviations as root causes. Implemented optimized powder-fill controls and in-line vacuum sealing, boosting deposit efficiency by 8 % and cutting defect rate by two-thirds.


  • Arduino-Based DC Motor Speed Control with RPM Feedback and User Interface-Jan 2025- April 2025

The dc motor speed is controlled by using power electronic device and the PWM is used which to control the speed of dc motor. The speed pulse train will be based on required input speed. This circuit is useful to operate the dc motors at required speed with very low losses and low cost. The circuit response time is fast. Hence high reliability can be achieved. The designed circuit was tested for various speed inputs satisfactorily. The method already employed in traction system and has a good scope ahead.
