• Identified new college and locations for campus recruitment based on changing recruitment demands.
• Collaborated with private training institutions to generate a talent pipeline for off campus hiring.
• Managed pre-onboarding process for all offered candidates.

• Assisted in recruitment process for the In Car Infotainment department, collaborating with hiring manager to identify staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks and referrals, targeting individuals in expertise in automotive technology and infotainment system.
• Screened resumes and conducted initial phone interviews to assist candidates qualifications and suitability for available positions.
• Coordinated on-sight and offline interviews, including scheduling and candidate correspondence, ensuring seamless and positive candidate experience.
