• Project Management:
• Supervision and co-ordination of site execution to ensure timely execution of works within stipulated time, cost & quality.
• Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost & time norm with no compromise in safety and Quality.
• Managing the clients by attending Client Daily walkthrough.
• Managing the respective vendors/sub-contractors for completion of work without any delay in work.
• Resource Management:
• Coordinating with other engineering streams, client, consultants, and civil contractors for design specification and finalizing the basic requirements.
• Interacting with clients for securing quick approval of the designs and drawings.
• Planning for materials & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipment at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower (Contractor).

• Mobilisation of resources: one of key strength i.e. Good connection and repo with subcontractors, vendors helps me to mobilise manpower at project as per project requirement.

• Overall control on safety and quality along with progress to meets all management requirments.

• Complete coordination with team during specialise activities at site – tower crane climbing, ACS and VSP jumping, Boom placer jumping etc.
• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
• Key focus on day to day palnning of routine activities and work allocation to subordinates , preplan of activities, scheduling, tracking and updating on reguler basis.
