• Responsibilities: -
• Scope of work will be majorly to help client team, resolve any MEP design related issues pertaining to site conditions elaborated below:
• Assume responsibility for providing any (MEP) assistance to Project Managers/Clients representatives and contractor(s)/vendor(s) in interpreting information provided in approved Construction Documents and drawings or to provide alternative options as per site conditions by keeping Client/PMC informed of such changes
• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures
• Review and take appropriate action on contractor's submissions, including shop drawings, Product Data, Samples, Requests for Information (Request For inspection) and process information to client /PMC representative
• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests
• Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments
• Review and approval of any additional shop drawings/GFC and other submissions made by contractors, subject to clearance given by Head design team
• Attend and participate in any design conferences and meetings as arrange or requested by Client /PMC to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in design
• Attend inspection and testing requirements set out in Construction Documents at Factory and site
• Evaluate and report results of such inspections or tests to Client/PMC
• Independently performs all tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works
• Partially monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Wherever required prepare technical clarifications to tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and co-ordination issues
• Undertake general project site observation/inspection of services works for Contractor's adherence to approved shop drawings and Consultant's specification, good working practices., Troubleshooting in panel, induction motors, Installation and drives and control circuits
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Performed constructability reviews of construction bid documents for coordination purposes
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline
• Communicated with industrial equipment installers to deliver technical support throughout project execution

• Project: - Construction of Campus of Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad, Haryana (Phase- I & Phase - I Extension Project )
• Client: - Regional Centre of Biotechnology, Faridabad Haryana.

• Completed & handed over to client Phase - I Project of Regional Centre for Biotechnology.
• Building of Research center with preventive maintenance & completed Defect liability period of 1 year and handed over to client

Responsibilities:-

• Looking after all services like Electrical, Fire Alarm System, HVAC, Audio Visual, Fire Fighting, Elevator and Escalators works
• Preparation of Proposal to Design section for Electrical General arrangement drawings, single line diagrams, cable routings layout, cable tray layout, Power layout, Lighting layout, Switchgear arrangement, cable schedules etc..
• Coordinating with Various Agencies like Design Consultants, contractors, and other departments of client like NDMC & RCB
• Strictly following Electrical Standards, CPWD specifications, IS Codes & Technical Specifications of contract & ensure work comply with Contract specification requirements
• Preparation of BOQ, SOR, Extra item rate analysis with co ordination of vendors
• Coordinating work to meet Project goals, while directing work of designers on behalf of client
• Overlook GFC drawings & provide Engineering solutions
• Work very closer to other team leaders, interface with other contractor and utilities on Project
• Design calculation, Drawings and Materials review/approval
• Good Knowledge of equipment.
• Give direction to Contractor regarding planning, coordination, and construction
• Monitor progress to Completion, tracking Project staffing and schedule requirements
• Represent company in weekly progress review meetings with consultant & contractor to help to resolve important issues and to plan and coordinate work
• Provide solutions to important Engineering issues and coordinate with other disciplines
• Tracking material items are on site to meet schedule needs
• Inspection and witnessing of construction activities and testing
• Advice Contractor on Commissioning Schedule and Procedures
• To act as project team leader controlling all aspects of work including, planning, engineering, site works, quality, billing, documentation, and handover to client
• Guide & provide preventive maintenance schedule of equipment's to Facility Management System team appointed by client.
• Determined project specifications by thoroughly studying performance standards, requirements and technical studies
• Established and maintained productive working relationships with stakeholders

• Project: - Rajasthan Northern Area Development Project, Barmer

• Project: - Jamnagar Export Refinery Project, Jamnagar
• Erection, Testing, Commissioning of Electrical Systems for large plants including Switch gears, substations, Earthing
• Particularly looking after Testing and Commissioning of Substation including HV and LV Switchgears with MCC and PMCC
• Co-ordination with client and technicians and labor
• Responsible for resolving all engineering / design restraints in electrical construction work
• Engineering review of drawings
• Preparation of weekly critical action item list for resolving engineering restraints and release of drawings
• Erection, Testing, Commissioning of Electrical Systems for large refineries plants including Switch gears, substations, Earthling, Cable Laying/Routing, Plant & Emergency Lighting etc..
• Preparation of work schedule
• Planning and implementation for temporary power supply arrangement to various construction activities using DG Sets.
• Follow up for delivery of material / equipment required as per work schedule to ensure material availability in scheduled time at site
• Handling manpower management especially for lying cables
• Particularly looking after PA system with entire Electrical job like Earthing, substations, Lighting, Installation and Hand over job to client with Quality and Hand over Documents in CFU unit
• Ability to complete work within scheduled time.
• Time to time working.
• Scheduling and taking follow up of installation of electrical equipment.
• Regularly attending weekly client and safety meeting.
• Provided review of design modifications and requests for clarification.

• Servicing and troubleshooting panel
• Supervising job at general shift electricians and attending to electrical and electronics unsolved problems.
