Naufar Wellness Centre

• Based in Doha, Qatar, Naufar will be a ground breaking new sanctuary for wellness and treatment of behavioural disorders. A state-of-the-art purpose-built facility which includes 127 residential rooms together with clinics and over 50 individual and group treatment / therapy rooms. An extensive range of hospitality products and facilities including the spa, gym, restaurants and Café, conference centre and meeting rooms supported by a personalized level of service. The project will include Residential and non-residential Programs, Assessment Services, and Awareness Programs

• Need analysis along with sales team – Meeting the customer/Conference call
• Coordination with Sales Team/Client for Concept presentation and POC if required

The project will showcase the capabilities of Tata Consultancy Services across a broad range of industries. It will utilize the highest quality technology throughout, which in turn will provide a showcase of networking and audio/visual technologies

Responsibilities

Need Analysis Phase

• Understanding the functional requirements of respective awarded project with Design manager and also setting the time frame and Manpower requirements to complete the process.
• Interacting with Architects to get the details like Interiors or Coordination layouts.
• Getting the approvals for the Prepared concept drawings from the Design manager
• Review of the interiors to validate for exact fit outs of AV equipment’s
• Setting the coordination meeting with Architects, Clients to explain the functional requirements of AV design for smooth flow execution at site.
• Attending coordination meeting with Architects/Clients to make aware of basic requirements AV as per the design in terms of interiors/Raceways/Power and essential requirements.
• Preparing the Bill of Materials, Schedules (Power, LAN and Voice schedule)

Tender Phase

• Obtaining the approval on initial Budgetary costing from Clients
• Preparing the Tender documents includes preparation of Schedule for Pricing and Schedule for Pricing.
• Technical compliance process with each vendor – This process involves evaluating different products quoted by each vendor and the specification set for each product mentioned in Bill of Quantity
• Coordinating with AV vendor to make them technically compliant.

Project Construction Phase

• Kick off meeting with approved vendor.
• Follow up with approved AV vendor for submitting the schedule like Contact person list/Escalation chart, Project schedule/Shop drawings/Touch panel submission.
• As per the schedule, monitoring whether the process is in line or escalating to the respective vendor to make sure that Process should be in line as per the schedule.
• Arranging & attending a site coordination meeting with Architects/Clients/AV Vendor to resolve any dependencies.
• Shop drawings validation and approvals.
• Monitoring the Site progress as per the schedule submitted by AV vendor

Project Finishing Phase

• Coordinating with AV vendor to get initial Pre inspection report.
• Coordinating with AV vendor and Clients to conduct the inspection.
• Inspection – Inspecting the implemented AV fit outs as per the approved design
