• Allocation of jobs to the Investigators across the West Bengal state in Motor TP, Motor
OD and Motor Theft claims
• Maintenance of MIS on a daily basis for the job allocations with the TAT matrix
• Follow up with the Investigators on a daily basis
• Evaluation of the reports (QC) submitted by the Investigators on a daily basis
• Keeping track of the reports and files being shared or exchanged with the Legal teams
on a daily basis
• Field investigations for high-value and suspected Motor third-party claims across the
West Bengal state
• Establishing a deterrent effect in the market through the filing of Police complaint on the
suspected Motor TP claims
• Liaison with the police officials to convert the reported police complaints into
formal FIRs
• Conducting vendor meetings/ training on a monthly basis to improve the TAT and
Investigation process
• Engaged in project tasks including IBNR, Data analytics, and other related activities

• Allocation of jobs to the Investigators across the West Bengal state in Motor TP claims
• Maintenance of MIS on daily basis for the job allocations with TAT matrix
• Follow up with the Investigators on daily basis
• Evaluation of the reports (QC) submitted by the Investigators on daily basis
• Keeping track of the reports and files being shared or exchanged with the Legal teams on daily basis
• Field investigations for High value and suspected Motor third party claims across the West Bengal state
• Conducting vendor meeting/ training on monthly basis to improve the TAT and Investigation process

• Allocation of jobs to the Investigators across the northeastern states in Motor Third party, OD and PA, Miscellaneous claims
• Maintenance of MIS on daily basis for the job allocations with TAT matrix
• Follow up with the Investigators on daily basis
• Evaluation of the reports (QC) submitted by the Investigators on daily basis
• Keeping track of the reports and files being shared or exchanged with the Legal, Motor Claims and other user teams on daily basis
• Keeping track of the payments being released or kept on hold of the Investigators
• Preparing separate data sheets for the fraudulent claims identified during the course of investigation or QC for the central team
• Field investigations for Motor third party claims in the local vicinity
• Recording of all the activities in the three functional systems (Aegis, IIP and I-Can) of Tata AIG

• Allocation of jobs to the Investigators across the northeastern states in Motor Third party, OD and PA, Miscellaneous claims
• Maintenance of MIS on daily basis for the job allocations with TAT matrix
• Follow up with the Investigators on daily basis
• Evaluation of the reports (QC) submitted by the Investigators on daily basis
• Keeping track of the reports and files being shared or exchanged with the Legal, Motor Claims and other user teams on daily basis
• Keeping track of the payments being released or kept on hold of the Investigators
• Preparing separate data sheets for the fraudulent claims identified during the course of investigation or QC for the central team
• Field investigations for Motor third party claims in the local vicinity

• Registration of the Motor Third Party claims reported all across from the north-eastern states on daily basis
• Allocation of jobs to the advocates and the Investigators on daily basis
• Maintenance of MIS of the claims registered and forwarded to the Investigators and the advocates
• Co-ordination with the 'Special Investigation Unit' for investigator appointment and receipting reports on behalf of the law officers
• Maintenance of physical Registers for the files generated, letter correspondences with advocates and the investigators etc
• Recording of all the activities in the three functional systems (Aegis, IIP) of Tata AIG

• Registration of the Motor OD claims (which were not registered through online portal) reported from the northeastern states
• Deputation of the surveyors for all the Motor OD claims across the north-eastern states
• Coordination with the workshops for deputation of the surveyors
• Weekly check up of the MIS for the pending claims reported from Maruti, Toyota etc
• Resolving pending issues with the workshop or the customers on daily basis
• Posting payments for the Motor OD claims under ₹1,00,000/-
• Issuance of 'work order' to the workshops for the claims approved by the claims manager or analyst
