• Worked on Strategic Projects, understanding Relationship Management, Business Management, and Organizational Skills.
• Delivered 15+ Analytics dashboards with 80% rich insights and stories, helping to make strategic firm-wide decisions.
• Possess good knowledge of advanced DAX, Parameters, Data Modelling, Dynamic interactions of Units and decimal, dynamic title, and Power BI Service management and administration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills, to interact with clients.
• Lead a team to bring in the standards on deliverables and governance introduction to monitor the reports and activities.
• Provided guidelines and consulting on best practices to achieve robust development and standard maintenance.

Business Operations & Insights - Delivery Centers Performance Deck

• Defined process enhancements for reducing manual intervention using existing toolsets that align with resource and project management roles, which drive greater transparency and accountability.
• Created the Master Deck dashboard on Power BI, which replaced the manual creation of PPT.
• Automated the DC KPI report, as the numbers used to be calculated manually.
• Developed and implemented data quality checks and reduced issues in reports by 90% with end-to-end analysis.

• Worked in Channel Data Management project, where the clients had some reporting issues in the weekly/monthly reports as they were auto-generated. Resolved the issue by mapping the master data and the metadata on the internal CDM portal.
• Analyzing and processing the data of the Microsoft partners all across the globe.
• Brainstorming and proposing business ideas by adopting a data-driven approach in monthly and quarterly business reviews for business and project optimization.
