• Lead, plan, and supervise all surveying activities for construction and engineering projects.
• Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical survey control networks.
• Conduct topographical, boundary, route, engineering, and as-built surveys.
• Verify project layouts, alignments, levels, coordinates, and dimensions in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Operate and manage GNSS/GPS, Total Stations, Digital Levels, and other modern surveying equipment.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, quantity calculations, field records, and other technical documentation.
• Monitor construction progress through regular survey checks and verification of executed work.
• Monitor survey equipment calibration, maintenance, and performance to ensure reliable field measurements.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during all surveying operations.
• Manage survey schedules, manpower, resources, and equipment to meet project milestones and deadlines.
