- As cloud engineer over a one and half year, I was familiarizing with certain services in AWS cloud environment
- We primarily focus on providing application support and service to application developers which integrated AWS cloud in terms of DEV/PRD and UAT environment. As we are medical coding entity organizational based application support is on top priority in our company and simultaneously focus on client-based applications with various client application platforms
- In PRD environment our priority will be our organizational Athena, Oscar applications will support hosting EC2instance type application in cloud manage the security groups, VPC, data storage S3, logs alerts in Cloud Watch with metrics data, triggering the alerts with scheduler (Cron expression) like start and stop integrated with lambda script.
- In Dev environment with developer coordination designing app infra after UAT done launched it into operations which I was part of one existing upgraded application. As team we coordinate and discuss changes in application.
- Creating the IAM users according to their required access permissions and resetting the passwords to them
- When user Approaches us comes with all requirements Suggesting the service along with cost optimization a call with higher management with approvals from compliance team and further will proceed.

- As Server admin I was assigned to create new joiners and mapped EMP IDs to organizational OU adding into default groups in AD.
- As I used to look into Web RDP issues (terminal server TS)
- I looked after resetting the password and deletion of the old hostname
- Firewall level blocking we have proxy group Adding into Proxy group and removing from proxy group
- As working in a Coding entity, we have WFH users as terminal server get issue Storage issue cleared with script command in TS server.
- Checking CLA’s licenses according for Web RDP assigned with minimum user count capacity Web RDP
- Help maintain backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity, Support the implementation of system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal security
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of server environments, both physical and virtual, participate in troubleshooting server-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- I worked as desktop support engineer over a year looking after deploying the systems and maintaining the asset inventory, resolving the hardware issues both laptop and desktop in operational floor.
- We used ticketing tools like helpdesk, sapphire, and recently gravity for raising end user concerns taking care of WFH users.
- Remote tools like RDP recently started using the manage engine for taking remote controls
- Manage engine is a tool where we are using run for updates and installations of some software’s and checking status of robust security firewalls or cybersecurity tools like Forcepoint, CrowdStrike and color token.
- Providing the report during the compliance SOC2 audit of users anything which is not according as per company policies.
