  • Direct coordination with the Acquiring & Issuing Bank related to status of Transactions & Refunds.
  • Direct coordination with the Technical team related to status of Transactions & Refunds.
  • Direct coordination with the Revenue and Assurance team for settlement.
  • Direct coordination with the Chargeback team for the status.
  • Preparing data for processing an manual NEFT.
  • Worked as an acting Team Leader and managed a team of 10 members.
  • Manage all pending refunds and failed refunds for the entire Paytm ecosystem.
  • Recovery of funds for wrongly initiated refunds.
  • Initiating a refund for an escalation scenario.
  • Number of pending refunds was in lakhs and our team tried their best to get down the numbers.
  • Found out the root cause of stuck refunds with the help of payment gateway & Tech. As of now, the number of pending refunds is only around 6000.
  • Due to some technical issues for successful orders, multiple refunds were initiated incorrectly by respective Verticals and our team is assisting in the recovery of these refunds.
  • In the past 3 years, we have recovered more than 1 Crore of wrongly initiated refunds and helped in saving a company loss of such a huge amount.

  • Dealing with the multipal merchant queries (Payout Settlement, Enable or Disable Paymode and Gateway).
