• Managing installation and commissioning of electrical infrastructure such as Ring Main Units (RMUs), HT Panels, Transformers, HT cabling, and Sub-station equipment.
• Supervising submain wiring, conduit laying, and LT cabling works including installation of LT Panels, Distribution Boards, and cable trays.
• Executing installation of Rising Mains and Bus Ducts (Compact Sandwich Type) as per design and safety standards.
• Implementing lighting protection systems, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and related internal electrical works.
• Coordinating and managing infra-level fire fighting and plumbing works including piping, hydrants, and sprinkler networks.
• Overseeing installation of hydro-pneumatic systems, fire pumps, and associated infrastructure pipeline works.
• Managing installation of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address (PA) systems, and low-voltage works including wiring for telephone, intercom, data, and TV with MS conduit.
• Planning and deploying manpower efficiently; ensuring optimum utilization of labor and equipment at site.
• Preparing measurement sheets, tracking project quantities, and generating client bills for MEPF scope of works.
• Handling site-level material logistics including receipt, storage, movement, and allocation of materials.
• Generating detailed weekly and monthly progress reports; preparing execution schedules in coordination with client and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination with HVAC, fire protection, civil, and structural teams for smooth execution and interface management.
• Identifying deviations in project timelines or material schedules and initiating timely corrective actions.
