• Worked as a mechanical engineer on a project to commission a 3 MT/hour Fava Short-Cut Pasta line.
• Shift production handling as per the production plan.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor processes to minimize waste and optimize raw material usage.
• Assign workers according to their skills and expertise to meet production targets.

• Production planning based on market requirements.
• Responsible for the duty roster for production and packing officers, and planning for their leave management to smoothly run the operation.
• Manpower is deployed according to their skills for maximum utilization.
• Organized training program for grassroots level for their skills development.
• Weekly maintenance plan for packing machines to reduce major breakdowns.
• Regular monitoring of process wastage and working to reduce it will deliver better utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Documentation of daily shifts and sharing MIS.
• Coordinate and manage the line changeover with the QA team and seniors for a smooth and safe changeover.
