Conducting workshops on drafting, 3D modelling and presentation software like Autodesk AutoCAD, Tremble SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.

Assisting the Principal Architect in designing of the space as per client’s requirement.

Working on working drawings, good for construction drawing, presentation drawing and approval drawings.

Working on 3D models for client visualization

Material requisition, procurement and management at site.

Keeping a track of the payments to different stakeholders for their inputs and resources.

Coordinating with MEP consultants for their expert inputs and implementing them in the drawings and on site.

Coordinating with contractors to insure availability of labour and material at site.

Doing quality check at site and approving it for further stages.

Preparing of work order for contractor, explaining them their scope of work, negotiating the prices for different work order and keeping a track of their work.

Coordinating with all the stakeholders of the project for a smooth project delivery.

Assisting the Principal Architect in designing of the space as per client’s requirement.

Working on working drawings, good for construction drawing, presentation drawing and approval drawings.

Working on 3D models for client visualization.

Visiting site for keeping a track of the drawing sets to be produced in the future.

Meeting, discussing and coordinating with the MEP consultants for their inputs and using them to make necessary changes in the drawings.

Coordinating with project manager to meet the drawings required at site.

Coordinating with PEB consultant for constructing details and assisting the civil engineer in visiting their production facility for quality inspection purposes.

Working on design from conceptual level to detailed drawing level. Preparation of bar bending schedule, Working Drawings, Approval Drawings, Submission Drawings and Presentation Drawing, Material selection for both interior and exterior.

Coordinating with site engineer for making necessary changes in the drawings required at site.
