This course includes Marine mammal identification, molecular biological analysis including DNA extraction, DNA quantification, PCR of Marine mammal tissues, and add-on topics of Seawater and Sediment analysis, Nutrient analysis.
- Hands-on for lab equipments and devices, Niskin sampler, CTD Device, In-Situ device, Vessel experience in Water and Sediment sampling.
