• Project Title: Migration to Service Now(ITSM) 

• Role : Senior QA Engineer. 

• Period: Sep-2023- Apr 2024.

DESCRIPTION:

The ServiceNow is powered by a singular technology stack that we call the Now Platform. Born in the cloud with a single data model and based on a secure, task-based technology framework the Service Now Platform enables data to flow seamlessly across applications, departments, and existing systems to automate, optimize, and modernize work. With a single, intelligent, reusable data model, and single architecture, organizations in any industry can keep work flowing quickly and seamlessly, all while removing complexity for end-users. 

PROJECT 2:  

• Project Title: Data Quality (DQ) 

• Role : Senior QA Engineer.

• Period: Sep 2021- Aug 2023.

DESCRIPTION:

The Data Quality Framework is a centralized engine to control, monitor and execute sets of Data Quality rules on multiple Applications across Diageo Data Systems. This would be used to understand on the overall and individual Health the applications from a Data Governance point of view. This would also provide details information of the records that fail, so that necessary action(s) can be taken by the respective teams. 

PROJECT 3:  

• Project Title: Newgen 

• Role : Senior QA Engineer. 

• Period: Sep 2021- Jan 2023

DESCRIPTION:

Diageo is embarking on a process transformation journey leveraging intelligent automation of all end to end processes in the company. As part of this journey an enterprise wide Intelligent Business Process Management Suite (iBPMS) will be introduced which will anchor end-to-end process orchestration delivering efficiency and effectiveness outcomes for the company. 

PROJECT 4:  

• Project Title: Strataware® Bill Review Software 

• Role : IT Testing Engineer II 

• Period: Jan 2017- Aug 2021

DESCRIPTION:

Strataware unifies all aspects of bill review, network alignment and compliance management in one comprehensive cloud solution. Excellent integration with claims systems, PPO/specialty networks, managed care/utilization review systems, OCR/data capture vendors, and eBilling clearinghouses make Strataware a powerful yet flexible platform for workers' compensation payers and self-administered employers to process bills in-house. You will benefit from extremely efficient bill processing and a range of sophisticated features designed to optimize the flow of work.

• Project Title: Smart Audit 

• Role : QA ENGINEER II 

• Period: Aug 2020- Aug 2021.

DESCRIPTION:

Smart Audit is a complete workflow solution that lets you start, grow, and manage audits. This is used to Create and customize the workflows. This will help the organization effectively meet the strategic goals. We can use smart audit in nearly every country. 

PROJECT 6:  

• Project Title: OCR 

• Role : Testing ENGINEER I 

• Period: Aug 2016 – Jan 2017.
