Job Role : Asst. Engineer Testing & Validation (6+ Years)
- Responsible for Data Acquisition & instrumentation of test machines along with Vehicle, Aggregate & performance validation.
- Preparing and releasing the test (validation) data acquisition, data analyzing and report preparation.
- Conducting and attending field trials & field failures and providing proper solutions to resolve the field failures.
- Engine installation testing – Cooling performance testing to evaluate performance, Air intake depression, exhaust back pressure
- Planning & execute of overall machine weight measurement in various types - Front, Rear, Over all with operator.
- Resolve field related issues for existing and new products
- Handling various types of sensors and measurement devices used for pressure, temperature, and flow mapping and data analyzing and report preparation
- BS III to BS IV engines performance testing & power consumption analysis.
- Performed a routine check of vehicle to ensure the proper function of newly developed part.

- Caring out Development projects; planning the proto-assembly schedule of machine and supervise the Proto-assembly of new machine.
- Follow up of the development components from purchased Department.
- Creation of Observation & problems (OPs) found on new machine during assembly.
- Conduct meetings to discuss the OPs created for proto machines with concerned Engineers from production engineering, purchase & Quality assurance department.
- Carry out the assembly related field failure issues in current Product machines.
