As a Mainframe system programmer have performed various
SMP/E and Non-SMP/E for ISV product maintenance and
installation/upgrades in various Clients.

• The products include:
  CA-Common services, Tone Software OMC FLASH, Fault Analyzer, CA-OPSMVS,
  CA-VIEW, IBM Content Manager On Demand, IBM Debug, IBM TADz, CA SYSVIEW, IBM
  Python and zOAU installation, zOS 2.5 Toleration Maintenance
  and SECINIT Maintenance for zOS 2.5.
• I have worked on a few pre-req for zOS upgrade like dataset
  mapping,USERMOD re-work,SDSF migration,CDS migration,LOGON PROC MIGRATION.
• I have worked on PARMLIB, PROCLIB configuration, APF
  Authorization, Linklist and LPA Updates and BPXPRM Updates
  for unix files.
• I have done HFS to ZFS conversion.
• Building new Load parm and load address.
• Worked in oncall support during zOS/ISV upgrade change
  request.
• Obtained IBM zOSMF Training from Ensono to adapt new way of
  mainframe system programming.
• Creating workflows, updating existing workflow and doing
  product maintenance and product installation using zOSMF.

• Console Monitoring and Production control (Tops Market, Marathon Oil and MITTAL Steel)
• Performing IPL (Initial Program Load) and Recycling of Mainframe subsystems (CICS, IMS,).
• Complete system clear and Load of System Parameters using HMC.
• Setting up the CICS and IMS regions.
• Monitoring the CICS system transactions.
• Monitoring the batch cycle jobs and performing the necessary actions.
• Problem determination and resolution or escalation to a higher level, when documented or requested.
• Execute system shutdown and startup
• Control hardware devices configured to system.
• Manage and Analyze system alerts and/or threshold exceptions.
• Handling Tape & DASD problems on Mainframe systems.
